Gazpacho offers a cool way to enjoy ripe tomatoes without using the stove. This Spanish-style version includes bread for body and olive oil for a smooth finish. Choose fragrant tomatoes because their flavor carries the soup. Blend thoroughly and allow two hours for chilling. Six small bowls make a refreshing starter, while a larger portion can accompany a sandwich for lunch.
